My ID Rewards is a trading style of Custom Card Services International Ltd who are ultimately owned by Emos Holdings Ltd of The Lennox, Lennox Road, Basingstoke, RG22 4AP
We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under registration number: a: ZA00380 and act as the data controller in the collection, use, storing, protection and transfer of your personal information.

We collect your personal information to meet our legal, statutory and contractual obligations to enable us to provide you with your MY ID Rewards discounts and offers.
We will never collect any unnecessary personal data from you and do not process your information in any other way.

- Password to identify yourself as required

My ID Rewards also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your, age group, preferences, interests and favourites.
In processing your subscription, we securely send or share your details to authorised third parties to assist in the provision of the services. These include card payment companies to process your payment and SVM Global when purchasing discount shopping cards. Any third party used for these services must process the personal information in accordance with this Privacy Notice and as required by GDPR regulations. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to MY ID Rewards, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
MY ID Rewards takes your privacy very seriously and will never disclose, share or sell your data, unless required to do so by law. We only retain your data for as long as is necessary.
You have the right to access any personal information that we hold or process about you and to request information about: –

If you believe that we hold any incomplete or inaccurate data about you, you have the right to ask us to correct and/or complete the information and we will strive to update/correct it as quickly as possible, unless there is a valid reason for not doing so, at which point you will be notified.
You also have the right to request erasure of your personal data or to restrict processing in accordance with the data protection law, however if this right is exercised then your My ID Rewards will no longer be active.
If we receive a request for any of the above rights, we may ask you to verify your identity before acting on the relevant request; this is to ensure that your data is protected and kept secure
We do not share or disclose any of your personal information without your consent, other than for the purposes specified, unless there is a legal requirement or to enforce our terms and conditions.
We do not transfer your data outside of the EEA and will always ask for consent if this becomes a requirement.

We work hard to protect you and your information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction and have several layers of security measures in place.
